Jayme Schatz is an Eastern Shore native with over a decade of veterinary management experience. She began her career in veterinary orthopedic medicine then dabbled in animal welfare for a few years before ultimately returning to specialty veterinary medicine.

Jayme has been with Compass Veterinary Neurology & Imaging since day one as their first official employee and has been essential to growing the team and boosting morale. She prides herself on positive workplace culture and employee wellness. When she is not in the office, you can most likely find Jayme, her husband and their three dogs (Trixie the chiweenie, Holley the quintessential mutt and Maddi the unruly, but perfect ACD) boating on the Chesapeake Bay, gardening or cozying up with a good book.
